Once logged in you can explore your benefits, understand your coverage, plan your retirement and access resources for a healthy lifestyle.
Only registered members can have full access to the site. New users, ages 13 and older, may create an account with yourtracktohealth.com by clicking the Register button. You will be asked to provide your first name, last name, date of birth and social security number. Next, create your user name and password and provide a valid email address. Lastly, you are to provide answers for three security questions. These secret questions and answers will be used to retrieve your login details in case you forget them.
Members with coverage will have immediate access to the site using their login details. Using your own YourTrackToHealth account you will learn more about your currently enrolled benefit plan and access important tools and resources related specifically to your benefit plan. If you are not enrolled you can see medical benefit options available to you based on your employer or union.

Use you track to health account and review the coverage of the benefit plan that you enrolled in. Periodically view the list of covered dependent to ensure accuracy. A lot of life events that may occur such as divorce, birth, death, abortion, etc. may have an impact on that said list. You can add or remove eligible dependents using your account.
